Terms of Sale
Last updated: 18 July 2026 · Draft for review
1. Who we are
These terms govern the sale of services, packages and business-setup offerings by Axiom Technologies Group Ltd, registered in England & Wales (No. 11955491), registered office Unit 4a Albion Business Centre, Priestley Road, Wardley Industrial Estate, Worsley, M28 2LY. Contact: info@axiom-tech.co.uk. We are not VAT-registered; no VAT is charged.
2. What we provide
We provide digital services and business-setup packages as described on our website and confirmed in a written proposal. The specific scope, deliverables, timescales and fees for any engagement are set out in the proposal agreed with you before work begins. Where a business-setup package includes third-party elements (such as suppliers, fulfilment or platforms), those are provided under the third party's own terms.
3. Fees and payment
Prices are shown with no VAT added. Setup and one-off fees are payable as set out in your proposal (a deposit may be required before work starts). Ongoing support or management fees are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled in line with your proposal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
4. Financial information — important
Any figures, forecasts, sales projections or return-on-investment examples we share (including during consultations) are illustrative only, based on stated assumptions, and are not guarantees or promises of any particular income or result. Your outcomes depend on many factors including your own effort, market conditions and how you operate the business. You should carry out your own due diligence and, where appropriate, seek independent financial advice before committing.
5. Your cancellation rights
Where you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin work within that period, you may lose the right to cancel once the service is fully performed, and you may be charged for work done up to cancellation. Full details are provided with your proposal.
6. Regulated activities
Some trades and sectors are regulated (for example gas, electrical, solar installation, and property/estate agency work). Where a business-setup package relates to such a sector, we provide the business systems, website, branding and support only, and not the regulated work itself, unless expressly stated and where we hold the necessary registrations. You are responsible for holding any licences, registrations or memberships required to carry out regulated work.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for the performance of third-party suppliers or platforms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
