Who we are

Axiom Technologies Group Ltd ("Axiom", "we", "us") is a company registered in England & Wales, company number 11955491, with its registered office at Unit 4a Albion Business Centre, Priestley Road, Wardley Industrial Estate, Worsley, Greater Manchester, M28 2LY. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect and why

Enquiry details — when you submit our contact form or request a callback, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), preferred contact time and the details of your enquiry. We use these solely to respond to you and discuss your project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries you initiate) and, where we proceed to work together, contract.
Booking details — if you book a call through our scheduling link, the booking provider will collect the details you enter to create the appointment.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data, add you to mailing lists without consent, or use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, after which it is deleted or archived securely.

Third parties

Form submissions are transmitted to us by our form-processing provider, and our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any right, email info@axiom-tech.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
